Those were Nissan Leaf driving around the Silverstone circuit in the UK. The convoy established a world record for the largest parade of electric cars ever seen, and it will appear in the Guinness World Record book as such. Amazingly, those cars belong to individuals, with some of them driving more than 400 miles to participate in the event.
